In 2011 Stephen and Susan Beck, together with 24 students, planted a multi-everything church for the Frankfurt metro region. Through the  refugee wave that came over Germany, this church multiplied to 15 congregations in 6 years. In 2020, while continuing to teach church planting,  Dr. Beck broadened the ministry of church planter training that started in  2006 into mosaiXmultiply, the online training of men and women to form  missional, multiplicational, and intercultural congregations called MosaiX Academy.
