M4 Church Planting Tracks

M4 is a training process that helps the church planters and their team move from where they are, to where God wants them to be (the vision God has put in the leader's heart). Whether you are planting or re-planting the process is developed around the church planting ABC:​

Assessment: The first step is finding the right planter and preparing them to recruit a team.

​

Basic training: The second step is to enrol the team in a process where all church planting teams do the bulk of their learning online in preparation for coming together in a learning community and work to plan into the future. The team's online workbook helps shape the weekend gatherings in order to make them more interactive and directed towards the needs of the teams.

Coaching: The third step is ongoing follow up with the church planter and the team by a skilled coach during the first two or three years of the planting process.
