IMMERSE
WHAT IS IMMERSE?
IMMERSE trains people to develop their missional and disciple-making skills as well as their leadership skills, so that they can thrive in whatever context they are called. This may be in pioneering new things, church planting, working in and through an already existing church, or serving in a local community, professional or relational network. Immerse is run by Andy Mackie GEM-UK (Greater Europe Mission) a missional movement of disciple-makers. We want to see the neighbourhoods of UK and nations of Europe transformed by Jesus by mobilising and multiplying workers, leaders and churches.
HOW IS THE COURSE DELIVERED?
Through a cyclical modular programme (termly) involving missional training, personal development, the forming of a supportive learning community, Immerse is operating both as an Focus City Birmingham missional hub (in-person - Wed 9:30am -12:30pm - roughly fortnightly) as well as widely across the UK online (weekly - Wed 1:30pm-2:45pm), to help birth and nurture the missional church, using zoom workshops. There is no essential reading or course work - but you are expected to put your learning into practice in your developing context.
COURSE FEE
local first-culture workers the subsidised price of £150 per term.
