Wollaston is a village on the outskirts of Stourbridge in the West Midlands. It is located in the south of the Dudley Metropolitan Borough, one mile from Stourbridge town centre. Jordan Armstrong (who serves alongside Church in the Community Lakeside, based in Brierley Hill) is heading up a church plant in Wollaston and said this:
“God has really laid on my heart ‘church planting’ over the course of a few years, and broken my heart for the people of this area.”
“I have a desire to share the gospel and make disciples, and see disciples make disciples, and so our next venture is here in Wollaston. We have been offered a church building to start a lease on in the New Year, which will help us start a work and have an outpost into the community.”
They hope to start gathering here from March 2021, with a small group to worship on a Sunday afternoon, and from that go out into the community. Please pray for them.
